 2 cups Besan
 50 g Rice flour
 1 pinch cooking soda
 ½ tsp Cumin seeds powder
 1 cup Curry leaves
 1 cup Peanuts
 1 cup Cashew nuts
 Salt as required
 Red chili powder as required
 Oil for deep fry

Instructions

Take a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour, a pinch of cooking soda, ½ tablespoon. Mix them well with water. The batter must be like a dosa mix. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan with oil for deep fry. When oil heated, make it to simmer. Now take a-holes to ladle i.e. called boondi plate. Pour ½ cup batter on the ladle. Place the ladle above the oil and stir it using a spoon or hand. Then, the batter droplets will be dropped in the oil. Stir the droplets until they changed to a golden brown. Then, take them out from the oil and place them on tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Keep it aside.

Repeat this process until the batter finished.

Roast the peanuts in heated oil and mix them with the cooked body.

In the same oil, fry the washed curry leaves. Keep them aside.

Take a blender, add 3 tablespoons of red chili powder, 2 ½ tablespoons of salt, ½ tablespoon cumin seeds, 2-3 garlic pieces. Blend them all well and keep it aside.

Now take a mixing bowl, add cooked boondi, roasted peanuts, roasted cashew nuts, fried curry leaves, and above-prepared salt red chili powder as required. Mix them all well and store it in an airtight jar. It will be stored for more than 1 month.
