Chop the banana into pieces.
Take a juicer jar. Add banana pieces, 2 tablespoons of oats, and 5-6 walnuts.
Blend it well until all ingredients blended. Then, add milk and ice cubes. Blend it well again. If the sweetness is not enough, add sugar as required. Blend it again.
