Chop the banana into pieces.
Take a juicer jar. Add banana pieces, 2 tablespoons of oats, and 5-6 walnuts.
Blend it well until all ingredients blended. Then, add milk and ice cubes. Blend it well again. If the sweetness is not enough, add sugar as required. Blend it again.

Note:
1. This smoothie recipe gets sweetness with banana. No need to add sugar. If the sweetness is not enough, then only add a little sugar or honey to the recipe.
2. You can also add cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, and any other dry fruits to the recipe. Soak the dry fruits in hot water for at least 10 minutes before the recipe preparation. Then, they will blend well.
